Night

Into the blackness of the night

we breathe we think we dream we fight

a battle won long lost in morning light

into the blackness of the night.

Into the shadow of the trees

we crawl around on bended knees

to look for that which sets us free

Into the brilliance of the stars

we seek out lost worlds Jupiter, Mars

so from this land we can go far

into the brilliance of the stars.

Into the rest of just closed eyes

we let out one last peaceful sigh

as time fades out and passes by
